I had a pleasant stay overall at the hotel. The rooms were large and spacious, though they could benefit from some upgrading. The service was mostly friendly and professional but had a negative incident of being confronted abruptly without verification. The location was convenient with easy access to the heart of Lucerne but could have been closer to the city center. The dining experience was good but lacked variety in the breakfast options.

The hotel had immaculate rooms with complete amenities, spacious and nicely decorated with a Three Kings theme. However, missing a water kettle and coffee/tea sachet is a downside. The service was very nice and helpful, providing valuable information about the town and the hotel. The location was perfect for strolling into the town center or taking a short bus ride. The dining experience offered good food choices, but with average options. The facilities were enjoyable, especially the cozy seating area.

The hotel has a nice view up to Mt Pilatus and is in a convenient location with easy access to good restaurants and cafes. The rooms looked a bit outdated and during hot summer days I had to go to reception for hot drinks. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
